Pricing
Our window cleaning prices are on a banding system. If you add up the house feature points in accordance with Table 1 you will get a total number of points. Simply check in Table 2 which band and frequency your property fits into and you have worked out the cost of your clean. To apply for Band A rates all house feature must be on one wall.
There is no need to measure window size all we ask is that common sense prevails. An average 3 bed semi is usually in band D. If you live in a small house and you are getting high points totals then you may be counting the panes and not the overall window. A bay window is still only 2 points. If your property is unusual or you have special requirements then feel free to give us a call.

Service Limitations
Utterly Gutterly reserve the right to offer a reduce clean or refuse the clean if the following apply. If you think your property does not meet the requirements below give us a call as it is a rare property that we cannot clean.

We cannot gain access to the property or there are unattended dogs on the property.

The features cannot be cleaned safely or are above 4 storeys.

We cannot gain vehicle access within 100 metres of the property.
Where a reduced clean is carried out the charge will be reduced in accordance with our above pricing. In the event of a refusal no charge is made. Our full terms and conditions can be viewed HERE.
