Utterly Gutterly is a wholly owned trademark of Reekie Designs Limited, Registered Address, 13 Dalry Road, Largs, Ayrshire, KA30 9PR. These conditions cover all services provided to clients by Utterly Gutterly set out in our website.

 

By ordering or accepting a quote for our services the client accepts our conditions.   

 

2. Definitions

 

“Client”: The person/business who buys or agrees to buy services from Utterly Gutterly.

 

“Conditions”: The terms and conditions set out within this document and wording of our website.

 

“Utterly Gutterly”: Is a wholly owned trademark of Reekie Designs Limited, registered office, 13 Dalry Road, Largs, Ayrshire, KA30 9PR

 

“Fascia Cleaning”: Cleaning of property fascia boards, soffit/eaves and gutter/down pipe external surfaces.

 

“Gutter Cleaning”: Cleaning of gutter and down pipes internal surfaces above ground level.

 

“Window Cleaning”: Cleaning of windows, frames and sills.

 

3. The Service

Utterly Gutterly offer clients a window, gutter and fascia cleaning service as set out in our website.

 

3.1 Service Ordering

Our service can be ordered using our website order form or by phone.

 

Residential clients completing an order form using our website or by phone for services specifically priced upon our website agree to buy the service.   

 

For all services where pricing is not specified on our website, the client agrees to buy the service upon acceptance of a quote. Quotes can be accepted in writing, phone or email.

 

All services provided to business/commercial clients shall be defined by quote.    

 

3.2 Service Limitations

Utterly Gutterly reserve the right to refuse to carry out a service ordered on-line or by phone where no prior inspection of the property has been carried out. Utterly Gutterly will offer a reduced service or refuse service if it is not safe to carry out the work, the property cannot be accessed or is out with the limits of our cleaning technology.  General guidance on the above is set out in our website.

 

Access is required to the client’s property for the purposes of cleaning. Utterly Gutterly will not cross locked entrances, move garden furniture or features to gain access or clean whilst pets are unattended within the grounds of the property. 

 

Where a reduced service is carried out any variation in pricing shall be as set out in our website.

 

3.3 Service Scheduling

Utterly Gutterly reserve the right to schedule orders for cleaning within our existing round structure. Utterly Gutterly do not have an appointment system for residential clients. Where possible clients shall be advised of the week where the service is intended to be carried out.

 

Utterly Gutterly clean in the rain as this does not affect the quality of our work. Lightning storms or very high winds do prevent us from cleaning to ensure the safety of our operatives. 

 

4. Complaints Procedure

Utterly Gutterly aims to deliver a first class service however in the rare occasion where the clients expectation have not been met the following complaints procedure is applicable. Remember if you like what we do, tell your friends. If you do not like what we do, please contact us to allow us to rectify complaints to the full satisfaction of the client.

 

All client complaints shall be received within 72 hours of service completion. All complaints shall be directed in writing, phone or email using the contacts as set out in our website.

 

Utterly Gutterly shall offer a free repeat clean to rectify any complaint due to the standard of cleaning.   

 

5. Prices

Utterly Gutterly pricing for window cleaning is detailed as set out in our website. Pricing of gutter and fascia cleaning including conservatories is obtained by quote.

 

Utterly Gutterly reserve the right to alter prices displayed on our website at any time. Changes to pricing will take effect from the date on which the website pricing was altered. It is the clients responsibility to check that the latest service pricing is to their satisfaction prior to service provision.

 

6. Payment

Utterly Gutterly require payment in full for services carried out within 14 calendar days for residential customers and within 30 calendar days for business customers. Payment is accepted by cheque or BACS transfer.

 

7. Variation and Amendments

No alteration to Utterly Gutterly conditions will be offered for residential clients. Variations or amendments to these conditions will be confirmed in writing for all business clients prior to quote. No alterations will be made to our conditions upon acceptance of quote.

 

8. Service Termination

Residential customers can terminate an order up to 48 hours prior to service provision. If an order for monthly or bi-monthly window cleaning is terminated prior to second cleaning the client agrees to pay the single clean price.

 

9. Liability

We do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects, or conditions at a client’s property, such as, but not limited to, ill-fitting windows, doors, fascias, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotten frames, open trickle vents, etc.

 

Utterly Gutterly hold full public and employers liability insurance.

10. Privacy

Utterly Gutterly do hold name, address and contact details for customers where provided. We do not disclose this information to third parties. Utterly Gutter do not hold customer financial details. Customers supplying utterly gutterly with email contact details agree to receive email correspondence regarding our offers and services.

 

11. Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

 

12. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

 

13. Copyright

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Reekie Designs Limited, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by Luxembourg and international copyright, authors' rights and database right laws.
